The winner can choose:
* Dazza's house – mortgage free, with all legal fees paid!
OR
* £100,000 cash!
If the minimum number of entries needed to award the main prize isn’t reached, the competition will still complete and a cash prize will be awarded:
* 50% of ticket sales goes to the winner.
* 40% goes to Dazza.
* 10% goes to Raffall.
10% of Dazza’s share will be donated to charity.
So either way, someone wins AND charity benefits!
The House
* The house is a semi detached, 3 bed home in Glasgow. It has 3 toilets including an en-suite and features a lovely front and back garden. The loft has been recently floored to NHBC standards. You will also have 4-ish years left on the NHBC warranty so if there any major framework issues with the house - you'll be covered.
* There is also a private parking space at the rear of the property with lots of visitor parking.
* The house in the images in the promo imagery is what the house looks like.
Location
* Because this is Dazza's actual residence for the duration of the raffle, the exact location cannot be disclosed till the end of the raffle and you decide to take the house over the cash prize.
* The house is in a Glasgow postcode, in a lovely new build estate. It has a ton of local kids play parks, local supermarkets and direct motorway links - it's a belter for a quid!
Timing!
* The entire process COULD take up to six months. It's not a normal house sale. Please keep in mind, it will not be an overnight process if you accept the house.
* If you accept the house - then the transfer process will start instantly. Dazza will invite you out to the house and we would be filming the process for use of social media content. Any filming will be optional and subject to the winner’s written consent.
* If you take the £100k cash, you will be paid directly from Raffall into your bank account a few days after the Raffle ends.
Charity donation
* 10% donated to When You Wish Upon A Star, a Children's charity Dazza works closely with.
* This portion will be paid directly to the charity from Raffall - Dazza will have no involvement in handling this money.
* Applies whether the house or cash prize is awarded.
Fees
* All standard residential conveyancing fees and property transfer taxes will be paid. Current mortgage will be paid off, help to buy segment paid off and any fees the winner would incur will be paid by Dazza. This will include LBTT, which is the Scottish Stamp Duty equivalent. If you already own a property, there is an Additional Dwelling Supplement Tax in Scotland, which will also be paid for.
* Your lawyer will be assigned by Raffall to sort out the transfer of ownership and all lawyers fees will be paid for.
* Dazza will NOT cover costs of moving into the home or other miscellaneous costs - the only fees that will be paid will be fees directly related to transferring you the house.
Furnishings
* The house will be yours, PART furnished. A full itinerary will be made available once you accept the house.
* All property details are provided in good faith and to the best of Dazza’s knowledge at the time of publication
Average Bills
* As much as you'll get the house with no fees or costs - you need to be aware of the monthly costs to live here as you will be liable for this after the house is transferred over to you.
* Council tax is, as of Feb 2026 - £285 per month. The council tax band is D.
* Gas and Electricity, as of Feb 2026 - about £120-£150 a month.
* There are factor fees, that differ every quarter. It is usually between £40 and £80 a quarter.
* All other bills like Internet, TV packages are at your own discretion and will not be paid for by Dazza. Once the house is signed over to you - you are liable for all of these bills.
This competition is hosted on Raffall and is subject to Raffall’s standard terms and conditions, which take precedence in the event of any conflict.

All legal fees for the property transfer are paid by Dazza. The property will be transferred free of mortgage or fees.
Property handover timing!
* The property is currently Dazza’s main residence.
* The entire process can take up to six months.
* It will not be an overnight process.
* The process will be handled by solicitors and the winner will be kept informed throughout.
The house will be part furnished.
IF you choose to take the £100,000, the cash will be in your bank account ASAP, this process will not take 6 months.
