Question: Can it be used on the face to remove a beard?

Answer: Normally we do not recommend to use it in the face due to the risk of getting it in the eyes and mouth. However, many like to use depilatory creams for facial hair, especially since it gives less ingrown hair compares to traditional wet shaving.

Question: Does it leave a strong smell of chemicals?

Answer: No it doesn't

Question: Is there a minimum length of hair that it will work on?

Answer: Normally it helps if the hair is long enough for the spatula to create the necessary friction to 'break' the hair just below skin level where it is the weakest. So a few mm should ne enough, but it depends on the hair structure which can be different from person to person and even between body parts. You should leave 72 hours between applications, but after that you can always try. If the hair is very short a towel or microfibre glove can 'grip' the hair better than the spatula.

Question: Can women use the product too?

Answer: although the products are specifically developed for men, women can also use the product. We have got positive feedback from female users so it seems to work for them too :)

Question: Can this be used in the shower?

Answer: The skin should be ideally be clean and dry when you apply the cream. We recommend that you apply a thick layer of cream that covers the hair. Then experiment to find the time needed for the hair to come off easily with the spatula or a towel. Normally it is between 3-6 minutes. While you wait you can work your normal grooming routine, then remove the hair and then jump in the shower to wash of any residue.

Question: Can it be used on pubic hair?

Answer: Yes - around penis, scrotum and crack. Ensure hair is well and truly covered and leave for three minutes as directed (rinse and repeat if necessary but exceeding application times can make you a little sore) Avoid head of penis and anus. I use it every 10-15 days - beats shaving
