Troubleshooting Tips *All floor mops sold by Vorfreude are brand new and are tested at the factory using distilled water to verify their reliability. It is not dangerous to leave water in the reservoir or the spray of the ground mop. *To fill the 700ml tank, please remove it by pulling it firmly, we recommend to avoid squeezing or twisting it. Then fill the bottle and turn it over ensuring it is properly attached so that the spray can work. The cap of the tank is securely attached, allowing it to stay in place when using the floor mop. *After filling the tank, it is sometimes necessary to press the trigger for about 30 minutes to start before spraying. Cleaning tip You can clean your home, deodorise it and remove all germs, bacteria and dirt using natural ingredients and essential oils. Recipe for floor cleaner, without rinsing, homemade, fill the Vorfreude reservoir with; *1/4 white vinegar *3/4 filtered or distilled water *Optional: add 15 drops of essential oil.
